Do you offer Order Pick Up?

Yes. You have the option to choose pick up during checkout. Once the order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email letting you know. Order pick-ups are scheduled on days and times that work for both you and us.

 Why did one order get here faster than another?

We aim to get your order out the door as fast as possible. Some suppliers ship to us faster than others. In some cases you may receive an order that was placed after another order first. While this is not normal it does happen.

When will I receive my item?

The turnaround time for preorder items is estimated at 3-4 weeks. We will do our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Please keep in mind these are estimated times but are very close to the actual time for the order to ship.

 

What if I order a ready to ship item and a pre-order item?

All items ordered together will ship together. If there is an item that is ready to ship on the website and you wish to get it sooner, please place separate orders.  

What are your shipping rates?

There is a flat $5.00 shipping rate on all orders. 

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, all orders will receive an email with a tracking number. This will be sent to email used at checkout.
 

Do you accept returns?

If you receive an order and something is wrong with it, please contact us within seven days of delivery.  Any items being returned need to be unworn and not used. Otherwise, all sales are final and there will be no returns. No returns on sale items or mystery bundles. 

Do you provide in-store shopping?

Not currently. We will have pop-up shops and/or events that are announced on our social media accounts.
